Welcome to the Start Bench Sell global arena! This game is not just about adding the most expensive, most talented star players you see on the screen to your squad. On the contrary, this is a massive managerial simulation that requires cool-headedness, budget management, and strategic foresight.

The most common mistake beginner managers make is immediately clicking 'Start' to place all elite stars worth 80M€+ they encounter in the first rounds into their starting 11. This causes your budget to drop to negative in the final rounds, leading to massive negative point penalties.

1. Chemistry (Synergy) Point is Everything

Having players from the same league or nationality in your team earns you massive bonus points. The system looks at the backbone of your squad and rewards harmonious pairs.

• Same League Bonus: Players from the same league in your starting 11 and bench bring you an extra +15 points.
• Same Nationality Bonus: Footballers playing side by side with players from their own country find morale and earn your team +25 points.

Sometimes, putting a standard 20M€ player who fits the chemistry into the starting 11 instead of an irrelevant 80M€ star incredibly increases the total points you will get at the end of the match.

2. Using the Sell Mechanic Correctly

Let's get to the economic side of things. When you face 3 players, you have to say goodbye to one of them. But which one?

If a player with a very high value but completely irrelevant to the rest of your team (by league/nationality) comes in the early rounds, keeping him on the bench is a luxury. Without a second thought, press the SELL button and fill the club's safe. The money you earn from this sale will be used for that 'Marquee Signing' that will appear in the final rounds and complete your team's chemistry 100%!

3. The Bench is Not a Dumpster

The players you bench bring you only half of the points they show on the pitch. However, do not forget that the bench is INCLUDED in the Chemistry (Synergy) Point calculation.

So, pulling a very cheap player to the bench just because he is from the same country can trigger the synergy bonus of the star in your main squad. Think of your bench not just as players who don't play, but as jokers who boost the team's morale.
